Dear Sir,\n\nIt is with great disappointment that I am writing to BMW India, after the ill treatment being given towards my case.\n\nMy Car BMW 3 Series has faced severe problems in last couple of years and in spite of being serviced on many occasions, new problems have come up now and then.\nIn the last case, which I had highlighted in my email to you on March 25, 2017, my car had faced overheating issues.
